About the Owner
Kira created Sunshine Healing after she moved through her own healing journey with a chronic illness, TBI recovery, and learning how to rebuild trust within her body.
The name of the business comes from her rescue dog Sunny, who has been by her side throughout this journey. He is a reminder of how far she has come and what it means to keep showing up for yourself.
Kira is a certified energy healer. She is trained in vibrational energy healing, singing bowls, tuning forks, guided meditation and cacao ceremony facilitation.
Her approach is grounded and personalized, she will meet people where they are and let their energy guide each session instead of following a rigid routine. Her focus is to continue creating a safe and comfortable space to release tension, slow down and reconnect with themselves.
